Yeah Ruchie! Not bad at all!
I, on the other hand, have had a really bad food day. We went to Walmart on Friday and bought a package of pull-apart rolls from the bakery. I can't stop eating the cussed things. I don't even want to know how many calories are in each one... I've probably gone over my limit twice over today.
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ fruit cocktail Lunch: baked beans & a couple rolls Snacks: way too many more of those stupid rolls, dulce de leche luna bar, chocolate applesauce bread, banana Dinner: baked herbed tilapia, basmati rice w/ onion & ginger, peas
Calories: not even gonna guess! Fruits & veggies: fruit cocktail, banana, peas
Activity: I was pretty active for about an hour, working on auctions... maybe -100 or so.
My goal for tomorrow - in addition to NOT eating the rest of that bread - is to do as much yoga as I can do without killing myself. If I report in tomorrow night and "yoga" isn't in my activity section, I want you all to yell at me!
