Ok, I'm going to start trying to do this! I need to exercise more and drink more water, and try for more fruits/veggies.
breakfast: toasted plain bagel with homemade pumpkin butter over the course of the day at work: cup of unsweetened appleasauce, two applesauce muffins, plain bagel with peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly Dinner: pasta with garden combination tomato sauce, handful of arrowroot cookies
water: 44 oz
exercise: walked to work and home from work, which is 20 minutes each way, carrying my laptop bag which weighs somewhere between 5 and 10 lbs.
Need more fruits and veggies, I know, any ideas?
