Acacia by itself or acacia with fibercon       08/21/04 08:28 AM Edit Reply Quote 41DMBFAN41 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 10 Loc: Pennsylvania I just received my acacia,and have been taking 2 tbs per day,divided,not at once. Should I take that by itself,or with fibercon tabs. No bloating with the acacia,but things haven't "moved" yet,if you know what I mean,but I did take 2 kaopectate tabs a few days ago. Please give me your opinions on just acacia or acacia and another fiber product. Thanks!! Also,is there such a thing as taking to much acacia and fibercon? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
