Honestly, I've used oil and vinegar as a marinade (where the chicken is soaked in it and then grilled) and been fine. I would *not* use it as a sauce - as in, poured over the cooked chicken - it would be way too much fat. Explain to your friend that you can't have the fat, and that your chicken can't be cooked in oil, and see what she says, maybe? It could be that the recipe is something you might be able to eat, without her doing a whole lot of modifying to it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
