I have been following the diet and i am still having stomach pains and diareaha I need help i can't keep going through this everyday! I eat soluble fiber foods (corn and rice chex, Plain bagels, papaya, mango, progresso soups, pretzels, corn chips, pasta, rice, grahm crackers) and nothing else and i take my fiber supplement every morning. Help! What am i doing wrong everyone seems to get great rezults with this diet why am i still having trouble. I am bloated and gasy and then i have stomach pains and diareaha. i just don't understand it and i wasn't like this everyday when i wasn't on the diet. Please Help!!!!!!!!!
