Thanks everyone for your support!

Unfortunately I work for a small company. When I say small I mean there are only three of us. It is a small advertising design firm. I do production layout, there is a graphic designer, and then the president of the company (my boss). He can be a really nice guy and I usually get along great with him but he has been having more and more mood swings. I even tried saying something to him. He said he knew he was being moody but that he can't help it b/c he is stressed also! I even tried explaining my IBS to him, etc. And he seemed to be understanding but skeptical at the same time. And he kids alot. He said it was to bad you couldn't ask someone health questions before you hired them. I think he was kidding but I'm not sure??? So I feel really guilty if I don't feel well and usually try to stick it out at work no matter how bad the pain.
