Actually, that was helpful... the cramping I'm having is definitely intestinal, so I'm thinking it was probably what I ate, not the patch. I've ended up having a lot of side effects from it already - headaches, crazy heartburn, and mood swings, none of which I ever had before, and then nausea here and there. I've been incredibly tired too, to the point where I can't even work (I work here at home) because I keep falling asleep! I'm glad to hear *that* side effect went away after the first week for you... maybe it will for me too.
I'm still trying to decide if this is worth it, honestly.
