I will definitely not deny that it's a pain in the a$$ at first. Your attitude about it is good, and I know you'll be ok in the long run. Honestly, the best any of us can do is make recommendations based on what we ourselves can tolerate, and that makes it difficult, you know? I, personally, I can't handle *anything* that's not cooked by own 2 hands - I can't even do my mom's cooking anymore! You might be different, though, and you'll never know till you try. If you're feeling up to taking the risk today, try it... just don't plan on doing anything afterwards, just in case! Good luck!
