Question about fiber       08/11/04 06:16 AM Edit Reply Quote poopaholic Reged: 08/11/04 Posts: 3 I am taking a fiber supplement now that has about 4 grams of soloble fiber, but 1 gram of insoloble. Is this bad? Should i be taking a supplement that is only soloble fiber? The people at the store told me you need to have at least a little bit of insoloble fiber.
