This isn't an instant over-the-counter fix, but the only thing that has ever eradicated my seasonal allergies was the right homeopathic remedy. That means seeking out a certified homeopathic practitioner, developing a relationship with him or her, and possibly trying more than one remedy--but it works. No side effects or anything--but you can't have peppermint (among other things) while undergoing homeopathic treatment. If your allergies are awful, this might be the way to go.
