I have been dealing with allergies for over a week. I can not handle allergy medicine, so my Doctor told me to try sufaded. Not a good idea. I have been nauseted for three days, very tired(even though I bought non-drowsy), and basically can not stomach a whole lot of food right now. Crackers are even diffcult to handle. Any ideas from you all who know about natural remedies? Is there anything I can take without upsetting my stomach? Thanks, Barbara
