Doesn't life suck sometimes? Don't give up! The important thing is that you have the knowledge and power to be stable and you are just going to have setbacks sometimes but hopefully be able to get back on track. Isn't it like that with everything? The minute I feel in good shape exercise wise I pull something or get a cold or the worst was poison ivy! I personally think expecting 100% no symptoms is unrealistic, at least that won't lead to disappointment. Hang in there and vent as needed! Oh and sorry about feeling crabby
