I just found out I have IBS, I am also Lactose Intolerant so I am kind of messed up. I have been looking over the many posts and discussions and I am glad to hear that I have company out there. I will be switching over to the diet that is suggested and I have also ordered a couple of books on IBS. I have been getting D almost everyday so I am looking forward to eating heathly and D free. Over the past 2 months I have lost over 30 pounds because I stopped eating everything. I was eating 1 meal a day and that would get me sick. I am looking forward to starting a whole new life.
