Thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate it as I know how busy you are.
I have tried the hypnosis program twice, but never got to the end because every time I try, I get constantly interupted and so frustrated I just give up.
I live in a ridiculously small house with my boyfriend's family (there are 6 other people) and even if I asked not to get interrupted, I do. A lot. Everyone here is always shouting and they vaccuum all the time and just come in and out of rooms (even bedrooms!) as they please so I just got sick of it and quit.
Plus, the house next door is having another floor added and an extension backwards from the ground floor so for the last few months it's been banging and drilling and since we are in an attached house with them, it sounds like the drill is going to come right through my walls! Even this morning, on a Saturday, it got me up at 8 AM 'cause it was so noisy! I just hate noise!
I will try it again, I just don't know how to do it. It's not like I can go anywhere else to do it. I am moving in December, and will definitely try it then.. I just wish I could do it sooner. Ah well, I will give it a go and see what happens this time around. Maybe as soon as the house falls quiet for more then 20 seconds, I will run up to my room, lock the door and try. Although they don't like locked doors so bang on the door until you open it... oi! Only 'til December, only 'til December...
