It is frustrating when you feel bad and just want a simple answer to solve the problem and feel better. I think most of us here who suffer from IBS would love to have an easy solution. Unfortunately I don't think that is going to happen soon. Even though we share common symptoms we are all so different in what can be tolerated as far as food and how stress effects each of us differently. I guess these are the things that make it so complicated for docs to deal with IBS and know what to do. You will find the right way to make you feel better and you know yourself better than anyone else. Good luck getting into to see your doc.
