Oooh, there's lots you can eat for breakfast that doesn't have yeast or dairy! Depending on how big of a breakfast you're looking for, you could have cold cereal (the ones I checked here didn't contain yeast) with rice or soy milk, smoothies made with fruit and rice/soy milk, oatmeal, hot rice cereal, muffins and quick breads (see the recipe section for some great ideas) - and if you really don't want to give up your yogurt, try soy yogurt! Hot rice sweetened with sugar and spiced with a drop of vanilla and a sprinkle of nutmeg is tasty too.

Also, if you're a baking type and really really want some toast, how about Irish soda bread? It's leavened with baking soda, not yeast. I just found this recipe and this recipe, both of which are IBS-friendly when made with "soured" soy milk (add a bit of vinegar to the milk).

I'm also really fond of dinner leftovers cold for breakfast, but that's just me.

Hope this helps a little!

* What about all the quick breads? Banana, zucchini, pumpkin, etc.
