Need some suggestions

Hey Everyone,

I have a dilemma. I am going camping for a week at a campsite where there are no hook-ups for electric or sewage. So I will not be able to use my camper's bathroom. I am already in a panic about having to use the public restroom. So I want to lessen my chances of having an attack and stick to the diet. I am going with other individuals who do not have IBS and everything has to be cooked over a grill or open fire, due to no electric hook-up for stove or oven.

I was wondering if any one has any suggestions for grilled foods. I don't want to eat chicken all week and seafood is not a good camping food, especially w/ no frig for storage just an ice cooler. I thought of maybe Turkey Burgers and Turkey or Chicken Hot Dogs. Do they have bad stuff in them that will trigger an attack. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Christie
