Just read the message of Krysiana and started thinking. There seems to be nothing more typical than doctors and nutritionists overlooking the lack of soluble fibre in our diet. This would happen to you in nine cases out of ten anywhere in the Western world, I think. A diet consisting mainly of raw fruit and vegetables and whole grains is considered the epitom of healthiness and it's like a stereotype in everybody's mind.

That's what makes Heather's eating recommendations so special, if not revolutionary! They are so very simple and plausibe like only real truth is. With all the extremist diets around they don't seem to get the attention they deserve by the public but they're definitely slowly shifting the perception of the medical world. That's why Heather would definitely be a candidate for the Nobel price one day 'for putting soluble fibre back into the focus of medical attention' or something like that, don't you agree!?! I can just see her in 50 years, old and gray, hobbling onto the stage and we, old and gray, IBS long behind us, applauding frantically! The idea is really cheering me up!
