Welcome! Just wanted to say hi.. I'm kinda new at this diet but boy does it help. I do pretty well with white rice, baked potatoes, chicken and turkey, oatmeal every morning with cinnamon and sugar and sometimes peaches in it. Rice chex,corn chex,cheerios,kix,honey comb,and corn pops cereals with soy milk, or just eat it dry from a portable container , like a snack. Peppermint tea is good with honey in the mornings, my husband even likes it. Lot's of water all day long. Smoothies are good too. Bananas with strawberries, soy milk and some honey blended up together are very tasty. Sour dough english muffins have been good toated with a dab of jelly. Put vegetables with a meal, but eat a plain baked potato w/ it, and sour dough roll. Here are just some of my ideas. Hope it helps.
