This is not something I have had problems with before (and I am 43). Decided to try Estroven PMS after reading a post on here. First went to my doctor to make sure all the ingredients were safe - which they are. But was told that it may cause my stomach to be upset - so I took it after meals. I am on birth control so my period is regulated. Started taking it on Sunday - I usually get discomfort in my upper thighs - but I did not have any discomfort. But I did get a slight headache. Monday was the same. On Tuesday I got my period and felt good all day until about suppertime. Took it again. On Wednesday I took it for the last time. Overall - would take it again - but will cut the dose in half (a dose is 2 pills) in hopes that the headaches will go away. Regards Anne Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
