Hi there - Instead of focusing on specific foods and IBS, which can drive you crazy, it's a lot easier to learn the three big categories of food and how they can help or hurt IBS - soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, and fats. The only additions to those categories are GI irritants/stimulants like caffeine, carbonation, alcohol, and tobacco.
All of the foods on your list fall very clearly into the soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, or fat categories. Soluble fiber foods are great safe staples for IBS because they regulate bowel function, but insoluble fiber foods and fats can cause IBS symptoms to flare.
