I would think the bleeding and pain would be enough for them to do something but I guess they figured since you didn't have fever there was no infection. I don't remember if my niece had a fever or not. BTW she is 33. Well, it sounds like you have had some good tests done. Maybe the stool test will show something. It's good that your blood work came back OK because that tells a lot about what is going on inside your body. I think if it was anything serious blood work would show something was wrong.
