Sorry to hear that you're feeling so badly I don't have much advice to offer except something I wanted to mention about the bladder problems. Are you taking any anti-spasmodics? For pain (i.e. Librax, Bentyl, Donnatel etc). Because I just learned that they can cause bladder difficulties, and the symptoms you described are a lot like what I've been experiencing as a side effect from those drugs.
