Hello!

I agree with what Casey said...I think 137 sounds like a very healthy weight for your size. Plus, muscle does weigh more than fat so that's probably what's happening.

I would say the most important thing is that you're excercising regularily and eating healthy, if you're doing those things, gaining a few pounds shouldn't hurt you.

That being said, are you taking a SFS (soluble fiber supplement)? Because that should help with the C and maybe the weight gain if it's from being constipated. I'm just speculating but I thought it might help.
