Hey there everyone,
Sorry I've been away for a little bit. Actually, I haven't gone anywhere, but had a bit to deal with. Last week I was in incredible back pain and after xrays etc, found out due to earlier damage done, my joint is damaged for good. I've been given back exercises, but if I don't strengthen the rest of the back, I will find it difficult to walk in 15-20 years.
So, anyway, the back is feeling a lot better after physio and now I"m sorting through the millions of posts I've missed in a week!
