There's also a version combined with Tylenol called Ultracet. I'm not sure if it's available in Canada or what it's called there, but it was orginally invented in Germany about 10 years ago. It's a nonsedating, non-narcotic and I don't believe it's constipating although I haven't read through the side effects lately. It helps take the edge off my fibromyalgia pain, and I highly recommend it even though it doesn't completely erase the pain for me -- it may for you.
