You definitely need to speak to a doctor, but as you said, with no fever or vomiting it's probably safe to just apply home treatment. To help urinate, try sitting in a warm bath. For the pain, take some Extra Strength Tylenol or the equivalent just to take the edge off the intensity and keep you more comfortable. LIE DOWN, since it improves slightly. Does a heating pad help? How about an ice pack? You need liquids - can you suck on ice chips without pain? What about popsicles? Feel better, sweetie.
