Mentos...safe or not?       07/10/04 11:53 AM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada I was wondering if anyone had any opinions of the IBS safeness of Mentos candies? I really like them because I find the peppermint helps my tummy, and I can't eat altoids because they're too strong and upset my GERD. But the Mentos dont' have detailed nutritional information on the package, and I haven't been able to find it on the net anywhere, and so I don't know if maybe there is something in them I shouldn't be eating.
