Hi, It's important to increase calories to prevent weight loss.
It can be an idea to eat every 2 hours (max 3 hours). That's what I do and it is working. I eat even if I'm not hungry, even if I have pain...

I noticed that I had less symptoms (constipation, bloating, gas, dyspepsia) when I was at a healthier weight!!

I started to eat every 2 hours for almost a month now and I gained 3 pounds. It's not a lot but it's better than nothing!!! I'm now at 98 lbs. I want to reach a minimum of 105 (110 if possible)!!
