Check out Shanna's incredible recipe: web page

Like Shanna, hubby and I have this toasted with Soy Garden on it every morning for breakfast. It's FABULOUS! I can tolerate whole wheat, as Shanna can, so I also use whole wheat flour in mine -- but it comes out equally as good with white.

I never eat bananas. When I buy them, I buy them strictly for this recipe and wait for them to get almost black, then I double the recipe and freeze one loaf; that way, I don't run out. Hubby loves this stuff, and when I go to bed, he raids the fridge. In the morning I discover we're all out -- so I turn to my stash in the freezer.

Try it; you'll like it! OH! And just for the heck of it, I threw some "leftover" yellow raisins in the last batch I made, and hubby said he really likes it that way; nice and moist.

Enjoy!

Bev
