Hi Andrea!

Definitely start reading thru the site and you'll start finding out what's good and what's not. A good first step for packaged foods is to look at the label and see what percentage of the total calories are from fat. In one sitting, you want the percentage to be under 25%. So regular potato chips and Ritz crackers are probably not going to help you there.

Another quick tip is to drink lots of liquids. Cold liquids can be a little crampy, so don't go nuts with ice.
