When to take soluble fiber supplements in relation to other medications?

I have to take pain medication and muscle relaxers at random times throughout the day due to an ongoing problem with my back. I recently purchased some Fibercon supplements to help with my IBS symptoms and read on the label that they should be taken two hours before or after any other medication. Apparently the Fibercon can decrease the effectiveness of medications if this time frame is not followed. Since I take my medication at random times, I'm finding it impossible to take the Fibercon while allowing for the two hour window. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any input or advice on how to work the Fibercon into my day would be much appreciated.
