what to eat?       06/28/04 08:58 AM Edit Reply Quote catlady Reged: 06/05/04 Posts: 32 Hi, I was recently diagnosed with IBS, and it seems that many times when I go out to eat, I get stomach distress. Last night we went to a new Thai restaurant, and the food kept repeating on me. I woke up with a sour stomach. I'm getting frustrated because I love to eat out, and some of my favorite foods are giving me trouble!!
