I found no matter what you do your gonna pay! If you eat what is served you may get your IBS if you don't eat then you have to listen to everyone say "why aren't you eating"? I find it easier sometimes just to explain I have a bad stomach and I can't eat certain things and today I'm having a bad day so it's best not to push it! Then tell them to leave you alone (just kidding, but sometimes ya just want to don't ya!)
