If you fast and begin eating again, you could actually be in even more pain. I recommend eating several times a day to prevent this from happening. Definitely try Heather's diet! I think you'll find that you'll feel a lot better after a few weeks on the diet. Also - I would spend the $30 to find a doctor who will diagnose you with IBS.
