Over to the left there are links, and one says "IBS diet and recipes". Click on it and read the info. Be patient- it's a lot of stuff to take in all at once. There is even a list of symptoms for IBS. There is also a chekclist of tests you need done to real out other potential serious problems you may have, alot of things are commonly misdiagnosed as IBS. Go to your doctor and demand to have them done, the peace of mind you will have with a definate diagnosis is well worth the money, even though some of the tests won't be a pleasant experience.
