Yes, I do get the eating disorder remarks from time to time. I've always been skinny but lost even more weight about a year ago when I was really struggling with IBS. I used to get a bunch of people saying to me, "You're so skinny! Don't you eat??" And when they saw how careful I was being about food that just made things worse. It's so hard to make people understand that you WANT to eat more, but CAN'T!
