Soluble Fiber and IBS       05/02/03 02:17 PM Edit Reply Quote liz66 Reged: 04/24/03 Posts: 31 Loc: Washington State I am new to this message board, but I was diagnosed with IBS when I was 22. I am now in my 50's. Recently, I've had some deaths and stresses in my life and my IBS-Diarrhea is acting up again. I've been scared to try soluble fiber for fear of making it worse. I have lost about 8 pounds in the last four months. Had a colonoscopy in January of 2002 and everything was fine. Has anyone had IBS-D and had good success with Citrucel or Benefiber? Help!
