The recommendation for dramamine (along with emetrol and gravol) was for the nausea, not the anxiety/panic. Dramamine is definitely not going to do a thing for anxiety.

I did have some tiredness in the beginning, but as I've started eating chicken again, I'm noticing I'm not as tired. What sorts of proteins have you been eating? And you're adding veggies back into your diet too, I'm assuming? Also, if you gave up caffeine to do this, you could still be adjusting to life without it... I was dragging for quite a while when I gave up coffee.
