I'm following Heather's diet guidelines, right here on the site. It's a lot to read through, but it's basically a low-fat, high-carb diet... the key is that it's high in soluble fiber. (I highly recommend reading through the site, rather than allowing me to explain, LOL!)
Food terrifies me too, so I'm hardly a poster child for this just yet. ;) I still haven't been actually diagnosed... and I've had this going on for 17 years! But it comes and goes - I typically have a year or so where I'm sick constantly, and then several years where I'm perfectly fine. I'm hoping to eliminate those sick years completely, although it still feels like a daydream right now.
