Yep, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but yogurt is still dairy. It has LESS lactose than plain old milk, but it still has lactose nonetheless... and also the other milk proteins that can cause problems for IBS. But the good news is there are some great soy yogurts! I love Silk and Whole Soy, and both of them have a great variety of flavors! The only one I wouldn't recommend is O'Soy... blech!! But I would highly recommend giving soy yogurt a try!
