... and ask how you were doing. I remembered you mentioning your panic attacks and anxiety in the past. I'm glad they've gotten better, but I'm sorry you still have them at all. Yes, they are AWFUL. Mine are exactly the same way - it starts with a wave of nausea, and next thing I know, I'm laying in bed crying and shaking, my heart beating a mile a minute. Not fun at all.
The only reason I'm considering the switch to acacia is because it's cheaper by volume. I'm doing citrucel caplets at the moment, and they're very convenient, I'm liking them so much better than the powder! But they are EXPENSIVE. I think I calculated that if I worked up to taking 9g a day, that would be 18 pills a day, and a bottle would last me less than a week!
I haven't had any really bad experiences with dramamine, but anything that makes me completely oblivious for 8 hours is not good in my book unless it's midnight and I want to sleep for 8 hours anyway. I think the last time I took any was a DC-Denver flight, and it was very disorienting to not remember a single minute of the trip.
