Chamomile that doesn't suck, and some other options       06/15/04 09:56 AM Edit Reply Quote AstroChick Reged: 12/30/03 Posts: 1023 Loc: Chicago, IL, USA I'm not a huge fan of chamomile tea, but the Celestial Seasonings Honey Vanilla Chamomile is quite tasty. I don't reach for it as much as I do the peppermint tea, but if I'm anxious, I drink it willingly. I've had times in the past with horrid nausea, and I found that having some hard candy in my mouth helped a bit. It doesn't have to be mint - my companion in high school was tropical flavored Life Savers. Any sort of exercise also helps me, even though getting started when you feel pukey is pretty darn tough. Even a brisk walk can settle my stomach - just have to get through those first five minutes. --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
