It took a long time (17 years? heh) to admit that I have an anxiety problem that I might need to be medicated for, but I finally had to admit it and move on. I don't have a lot of faith in medical personnel of ANY kind, but hopefully they'll figure out my head and gut quickly so I can get on with life. I haven't had a whole lot of gas with the Citrucel, thank goodness. I was thinking I'd try increasing tonight, but of course I'm nervous about it. I'm not even up to taking a full gram yet total! I'm pretty sure it's the liquid you have to take it with that's making me go, and not the actual SFS, but still. Anyway, thanks! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
