However, I can tell you this: I definitely react to Citrucel a bit differently than the other SFS. (It gives me lots of gas.) However, I have been managing to take very small doses of SFS without having to go three times a day. Right now I'm at one gram three times a day. Maybe try taking another dose before you go to bed at night. I also just really wanted to congratulate you on making the appointment for the mental health consultation.
