Peppermint Caps and GERD       06/14/04 07:31 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hello, I was wondering if anyone on this board with GERD also takes Heather's peppermint caps? I know peppermint isn't the best idea for GERD, but I personally find that my reflux pain is nowhere near as bad as the abdominal cramping and D I'm frequently getting. And so many people rave about how effective the caps are...so I would like to try them. Just looking for opinions from other people with reflux as to how they're tolerated. Thanks!
