I'm kind of in the same boat... 5 days here, too, and I've gotten to a point where I can't even eat because I feel so awful. A natural-remedy book I have also suggests warm water with a spoon of honey, which is probably what I'm going to try (lemon doesn't like me). Also, did you start taking the metamucil yet? You might want to try it... it may be coincidental, but I did go pretty quickly after my first dose of a SFS. Just remember to start slowly! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
