i've only rarely had C, but did have it recently from some meds. well, i have no idea how you're supposed to do what your doctor told you! as far as that goes, you really want to get it taken care of and you're afraid to push but you're compelled to do so! well, just do the best you can with that. those are hard instructions to follow.

i'm sorry you had a funeral to go to and that there's stress in your life from whatever is going on with your grandkids. that's terrible, but they're sure lucky to have you. i understand how hard it is to go through stress and also take care of yourself. but you have to do your best! those grandkids need you!

i'm trying to think of portable/easy insolubles. hey, can you tolerate wheat crackers? there are some brands out there that don't have milk and are lowfat, i'm sure. it's early in the morning and my brain is not wired right this week.... i'll see if i can think of some more easy snacks with soluble and insoluble fibers if you want. if i remember!
