Jen, thanks so much. I have alternated over to the C. Had a very stressful weekend, did a lot of driving to go to a funeral. When away from home I am nervous about eating, afraid to eat actually, I was so uncomfortable girl. Since I had that intestinal surgery a few months ago, the doc told me that when I am C, I absolutely cannot go and just sit. When I go, I must be ready for it to come on out and no pushing, period. WEll, it is just extremely hard not to push when you feel like you are packed with 20 year old cement. My nerves have been on edge, to feel safe on a trip like this, I will find myself eating only sf foods. and this makes it that much more difficult.

I needed to read this reminder tonight, it is going to help me get back on track. I am very tired and very stressed, a lot of pain going on with my grandchildren, right now, my h and I are the only stable thing in their lives. super heart ache.

sorry to be so long Jen, I think I needed to vent a little. I am so tired of trying to take care of everyone else, and then all I can find to eat when I dont feel like cooking is ice cream. NOT GOOD!! Do you steam your rice?
