Ginger tea can be helpful for nausea. Also, there is a drug called Diclectin - did I tell you about it? It's an antihistamine and Vitamin B6 which I found helpful. You may want to ask your Doc. And yes, oh, yes, I am eating Cheese like never before. I still get gassy, but much less and almost no risk of dirarhea. Sigh. I wish it could always be like this! I consider it on of the biggest "Pregnant Perks!". I'm eating Caesar Salads (usually a Death by IBS food for me) and Pizza and .... Hopefully, you will get some relief in pregnancy too from the IBS. However, if you tend to get constipated, it may get worse. The meds I am on is Paxil. It is doing wonders for my anxiety but not stopping obsessions and compulsions. I think it helps the IBS simply because I am less tense and am more relaxed - an important thing for controlling IBS symptoms. And yes, if you are comfortable posting your e-mail, I will e-mail you and put Han Solo from IBS board so you know it's me (I haven't given out my name on this board) Let me know what you think.
